STAGE ONE - ENQUIRIES - All enquiries are treated with care and attention. Firstly, we introduce ourselves and begin to get an understanding of your requirements. To do this we ask for pictures of the existing space where you want your new bespoke furniture - this helps us to visualise your ideas. Once we have the concept of your design we are able to offer you a guide price.

STAGE TWO - SITE VISIT - We then proceed to a site meeting at a time convenient for you. In this site meeting we will get to know you and your ideas better, this allows us to have a real input and design the perfect bespoke furniture, for you. Once precise measurements have been taken we discuss different aesthetics and practicalities, as everything is handcrafted at our workshop, the possibilities are endless - we offer advice on what materials are best to achieve an exemplary finish.

STAGE THREE - DESIGN - This stage is where the project becomes real, this is where you get to see all of your ideas come to life. At this stage is when we take a 10% deposit, this shows commitment on both sides and allows us to create a finely tuned 3D Design for your project. At this stage we also give you a date when we will begin to craft your bespoke furniture.

STAGE FOUR - CRAFTING - Approximately two weeks prior to the build date we take a 70% payment, this allows us to purchase all materials and begin the build when the date comes around. When the build date comes around and the design has been signed off on both sides we begin to craft your flawless project. At this stage you will be given a fitting date. Throughout every step of the build we keep you updated with pictures - the day is almost here!

STAGE FIVE - FITTING - The day is here! Stage five is the final stage, this is where your dream gets delivered. Your furniture will be fitted by our highly skilled team, this ensures exceptional quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
